I have always found the staff to be helpful and polite. I have never had any problems making an appointment at short notice if needed. The Doctor is very thorough and so is the Nurse.

Helpful and friendly receptionists. Always able to get a prompt appointment and emergency appointments very quickly. Never feel like wasting doctors time or that he is too busy to offer advice.

I emailed for a repeat prescription and it was ready to collect the next working day. Phone is always answered by a person and I'm seen pretty much on time. Keep it up!

The receptionists always try and accommodate appointment requests. They give you the confidence that they will make very effort to make you an appointment as soon as they can. Dr Malik listens, ask questions and considers what the problem might be and suggests appropriate treatment and/or options. He is very thorough and considerate. The nurse is welcoming and professional and puts you at ease.

Lovely Dr, only downfull is one member of the reception team, makes it very difficult to make apointments as you are made to feel like you are an inconvience to her.
